Hello Renaissance Student Athletes,

All student athletes must have a 2.0 GPA or higher on the 10 week report card.   The next grading period for eligibility will be the 20 week report card.  If attendance or behavior is poor, the school has the right to remove any student athlete from participation.

For those of you interested in sports conditioning, tryouts, and participation, please complete the athletic packet as soon as possible.  You may pick up a packet at the school or print the packets with the forms provided.

The physical form will need to be taken to a doctor's office to be completed with a doctor's stamp of clearance.   Everything must be filled out - any form not completed will be returned.  Insurance cards must be photocopied and kept on file at school.

The student KK Insurance Form is provided for students that do not have insurance.  Please go the Student KK Insurance website and make payment there.  Provide a copy of this insurance card.
